Let’s be completely transparent. We’re not a huge agency with lots of employees. In fact, we purposely operate on a streamlined, low-overhead hybrid business model. So what does that mean?

We have three full-time managing partners that handle various parts of Sproutbox Media. With a rock solid strategy in place, we work with our team to execute all aspects of the strategic scope. We have pre-existing contracts with our contractors which enables us to keep costs lower for our clients.

Each of our clients has a full-time, dedicated Sproutbox Media project manager that walks through the entire process with them. This single point of contact is the communication channel between the client, the strategic direction, execution and production.

This model enables us to offer lower rates than many other competitive agencies and pass on those savings to our clients. We’re more nimble, able to adapt quicker and enjoy all the benefits of working with amazing people without having to charge our clients more.

Not everyone operates on this model but it works for us and more importantly, it works for our clients.
