Do you speak in code? If so, we should talk. Our digital marketing agency is looking for a web developer to join our team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for front-end and back-end website development with a core focus on WordPress.

Expertise / Experience

Required Expertise

  • Experience with CMS Platforms: WordPress, Hubspot, Shopify, Squarespace
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
  • Experience with responsive/mobile web
  • Comfortable working with debugging tools like Chrome inspector, etc.

Additional Expertise (if applicable)

  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial


  • Designing and implementing new features and functionality
  • Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
  • Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin
  • Troubleshooting and fixing issues
  • Managing multiple web projects through Asana (project management software)
  • Monthly website hosting updates and support
  • Client-facing meetings (as necessary)
